Writer: citygreennjcitygreennj

Lisa Martin, City Green's Director of Food Access and Grant Writer, was recently interviewed by the Nutrition Incentive Hub to reflect on the twelve year history of Good Food Bucks. Lisa emphasized the unique strengths of the program and described what it was like for City Green to be acknowledged by Senator Cory Booker on a national platform. She also considers the current challenges around nutrition incentive programs, the exciting progress the state of New Jersey has made in addressing food insecurity, and shares the goals for Good Food Bucks going forward. You can read the article on the Nutrition Incentive Hub website here!

The Nutrition Incentive Hub, led by Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition and created by the GusNIP NTAE (Training, Technical Assistance, Evaluation, and Information Center) is a coalition of partners dedicated to advancing and support nutrition incentive and produce prescription projects across the country. City Green and the Good Food Bucks program is immensely thankful for the continued support of the Nutrition Incentive Hub.
