This form is not for registering for Good Food Bucks - all customers with a SNAP Families First EBT card receive Good Food Bucks automatically when using your EBT card to purchase fruits and vegetables at our participating locations. If you want support applying for SNAP, you can contact our partners at the Community Food Bank of New Jersey or apply at NJ SNAP.
