This form allows you to tell us about a grocery store, farmers market, farm stand, or other type of retailer that sells fruits and vegetables that you would like to see added to the Good Food Bucks program.

This form is not for registering for Good Food Bucks - all customers with a SNAP Families First EBT card or a Summer EBT card receive Good Food Bucks automatically when using your EBT card to purchase fruits and vegetables at our participating locations.  If you want support applying for SNAP, you can connect with any of NJ's SNAP Navigators or apply at NJ SNAP.
