The 2023 Good Food Bucks Partner Application for Farmers and Markets is Now Open!

City Green’s Good Food Bucks Partner Application for the 2023 season has officially opened! New Jersey SNAP-authorized Farmers, Farmers Markets, Farm Stands, or CSA programs are invited to apply. Please share widely amongst your networks and contacts, and reach out with any questions!

Application Deadline: Monday, March 20th, 2023



Who is Eligible to apply?

  • Any SNAP-authorized farmer, farmers market, farm stand, mobile market, or CSA program based in New Jersey.

  • Farms and markets currently in the process of becoming SNAP-authorized are also eligible to submit an application.

  • Brick and mortar grocery stores should contact us at goodfoodbucks@city-green.org for information on how to enroll in the Good Food Bucks program.

By joining the Good Food Bucks program, partners will receive:

  • Funding for the Good Food Bucks SNAP nutrition incentive program, with awards up to $5,000

  • Outreach and marketing support

  • Access to networking opportunities

  • Food access trainings, webinars, and monthly newsletters

  • SNAP and WIC technical assistance

  • Assistance in obtaining SNAP/EBT card-reader equipment

  • Join farms and markets across the state in having a positive impact on families, farmers, and communities!

The application can be previewed by clicking the link in the Google Form’s application description. We recommend that you draft responses in a separate word document first, as you cannot save your Google Form application entry and return to it later. We estimate that the application will take approximately 1 hour to complete. Please let us know if you require any accommodations, or have any questions about the application or program.


Applications are due Monday, March 20th. We will reach out to you individually to notify you of our decision regarding your application.
