SNAP at Your Farmers Market Program

Join City Greens' new SNAP at Your Farmers Market Program for all SNAP authorized farmers markets, CSA's and farm stands.

 

SNAP at Your Farmers Market is for markets that are interested in increasing SNAP participation, but are not yet ready to join the Double SNAP Program.  

Free membership to this program provides your market with: 

  • Inclusion in the only statewide network for SNAP and DOUBLE SNAP markets and the opportunity to be part of the collective impact of participating markets. 

  • Listing on this website as an authorized New Jersey SNAP Farmers Market 

  • Marketing support and access to flyers, posters and social media template and downloads

  • Access to webinars, training, technical assistance, and bi-monthly newsletters from City Green's Food Access team

  • Assistance acquiring a SNAP machineFo

  • Sponsor SNAP & Double SNAP - if you're a local business, consider sponsoring Good Food Bucks at your local farmers' market so even more SNAP customers can get double the fresh produce! You can also donate to the statewide network by making a donation to City Green and designating your donation for "Good Food Bucks"!

  • Volunteer at Your Local Farmers Market - farmers' markets often need volunteers to help staff the market booths and promote the Good Food Buck program. Reach out to your local farmers' market to find out how you can best support them

  • Like, Share, and Post - help us get the word out about the Good Food Buck program! Like, share, and post about the program on social media using #goodfoodbucks to lend your support
